Regal re-joined SLF in 2010 as Director of Standards and Quality control. In his role, Regal is responsible primarily for monitoring and implementing changes in accounting and assurance standards, quality control policies and training. Regal has spent substantially all of his career, spanning over 30 years, with public accounting firms in Canada and in the Caribbean including the big four public accounting firms and small firms. His experience covers a wide range of industries.

When he is not busy navigating the complex, changing world of accounting and auditing standards he tries his hand at golf, is an outdoorsman, a proud parent and family man.
